Last month was taking a breath after a busy school year, this month is a chill night mid summer to remind us women to LAUGH and make the little glimmers and experiences about US as well not just planning everything for everyone else - Sign up with a woman you would REALLY like to spend a fun evening with before summer Is over, or on your own and know you will meet other rad women!

Itinerary
5.45pm Meet at Healthy Hearts Healthy Minds Camp location by Brennan Park
6.00pm Welcome and T-shirt Hug craft, camp easy (perhaps slightly competitive) game
7.15pm Load the bus with Kayaks
7.30pm Paddle in blind channel and watch sun set
9.00pm Bus back to camp
9.15-9.30pm Closing circle
