5.30pm Meet at Starbucks on North end of town, load the Healthy Hearts bus
6.00pm Arrive at Bloom & Breeze Flower farm, 30-40 min to walk and pick flowers
6.45pm Walk across the street to Dr. Amber Kirk's property- geodome
7.00pm Sound Bath Experience hosted by Amber
